We believe in managing property and tenant should not be difficult and a seamless process, therefore we are offering FREE account up to 5 active tenants for user to explore the possibilities of EasyRenz.

You may download EasyRenz app and sign up here or you may directly sign up an account via our Web Application here.

The sign up process should take less than a minute and once your email is verified, you will be able to start using EasyRenz.

Signing up a payment gateway with EasyRenz is completely Free and usually takes 1-3 days for your application to be approved.

Once your account is approved you can enable Payment Gateway option in your account setting, and tenant can start making payment to their Operator via EasyRenz App.

Payment gateway charges are transaction based, starting from competitive rate of RM2.50 per transaction for FPX Online Banking.

While we highly recommend you to purchase and use our smart meter and smart door lock to experience a more seamless management experience and control on your property, smart meter and smart door lock are optional but recommended to level up and automate your tenancy management process.
